To be fair, Paladin lets you glam your shield invisible but then all your shield animations are just your arm, including things like "Shield Lob" and "Shield Bash". An option to make Samurai sheathe or Bard quiver invisible doesn't seem like that much further of a jump in not making sense.I remember when shields didn't even display on the party hp bars, they were invisible. They added shield bars to the party list for Shadowbringers which was SO nice.
